While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to assist with an exchange for a new item or provide store credit (valid for one year from the date it is issued) on eligible items.

Eligibility Requirements: Exchange requests or store credit must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or excessive wrinkling may be subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Exchanges: A shipping fee will apply for sending out the replacement item.

Store Credit: Store credit will be issued for the item price only, minus the original shipping cost. 

Please note that store credit codes are not valid on collaboration items unless the item being exchanged is from the same collaboration. 

Orders that use a store credit code on ineligible collaboration SKUs will unfortunately be canceled.
